Pros:
- Retro Graphics and easy to grasp interface
- Enjoyable combat that rewards the use of strategy
- Intermittent puzzles of increasing difficulty that help break up the monotony of a crawl
Cons:
- Debilitating micro transaction timers
Summary - This game is a throwback to some of the classic RPGs that is bogged down pay to win timers. I would rather have spent 3.99 on the game initially and skipped the timers than waiting hours for upgrades that Ive already paid for with in game currency to be applied. Put a price on the game, ditch the micro transaction nonsense and Ill give you 5 stars. Enough of this formula already.
